Ashwell Associates (Europe) Ltd is an independent consultancy led by Dr Margaret Ashwell, specialising in scientific co-ordination and dissemination and have been involved with several F5 and F7 projects.

We play two major roles in EURRECA . First, working with Lambert Nutrition Consultancy to run the Integrating Activity devoted to Science and Standards. Apart from organising the Integrating meetings (with the co-ordinator, ILSIE ), we aim to encourage Integration of all participants with the ultimate aim of producing the EURRECA toolkit. This will help any organisation setting nutrient recommendations in the future to align with best practice. Second, we work with Minerva to plan and execute all the activities devoted to Spreading of Excellence i.e., dissemination, exploitation and training.
