The European Food Information Council (EUFIC) is a key dissemination partner for the EURRECA consortium. EUFIC will be undertaking the following activities to support the project: sharing research results with specific target groups (policy makers, health organisations, NGOs, health professionals, consumers and food chain operators) as well as advising the consortium of stakeholder initiatives in the field of consumer understanding. EUFIC has established itself as an important dissemination partner in several projects falling under the EU’s 6th Research Framework Programme.
