Within the EURRECA Network of Excellence work on the interaction with SMEs is lead by Luca Bucchini of EURRECA Partner, Hylobates Consulting from Italy and will be based on two themes:
- providing relevant nutritional data that can be incorporated into food products designed for vulnerable populations.
- facilitating the work of nutritionists and dieticians with reliable and more advanced tools.
In the long term, both approaches will improve the nutrition of people across Europe.
Over the initial 5 years, the SME Group will consider a number of topics related to SMEs and Nutrition - the first of these, nutrition software, is presented below.
Industry/SME forum
Our vision is to create a virtual meeting area where topics can be discussed, ideas presented and a consensus formed on potential solutions. It’s vital that SMEs/nutritionists are able to present their ideas in a way that EURRECA can develop well-suited tools. Please follow this link to the Eurreca Forum Index
